# CapitalBench Private Eval Sprint - Fixed SOW Template

This template defines the fixed-scope sprint before payment or system access.

Private CapitalBench Eval Sprint: one client system, up to four frontier comparators, one live weekly evaluation, consistency testing, private report, machine-readable results, audit packet, and executive readout.

## 4. Timeline

Standard weekly sprints usually finish within 10-14 calendar days after access and scope are approved. Market holidays, data exceptions, or delayed client access may extend delivery.

## 5. Fees

- Launch sprint price: $3,000 USD
- Payment: 50% after Evaluation Plan and SOW approval; 50% after final report and audit packet delivery
- Applicable taxes: additional where applicable
- Add-ons: agreed in writing before execution

## 6. Confidentiality And Publication

Private by default. Publication requires written approval that identifies the tested version, evaluation date, scope, limitations, and permitted wording.

## 7. Data Handling

The standard sprint does not require source code, model weights, production databases, customer records, brokerage credentials, fund holdings, or access to real capital.

## 8. Acceptance

Deliverables are accepted unless the client identifies a calculation, transcription, or delivery defect within seven calendar days. Calculation or transcription errors are corrected and the report is reissued at no additional charge.

## 9. Contracting Details

- Contracting legal entity: specified before invoice issuance
