## Confidential Information

Confidential information may include private system details, prompts, outputs, scores, reports, credentials, evaluation plans, private audit artifacts, security questionnaires, commercial terms, and non-public technical information.

## Exclusions

Confidential information does not include information that is public, already known without duty of confidentiality, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source.

## Permitted Use

Confidential information may be used only to scope, execute, review, and deliver the Private CapitalBench Eval Sprint unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

## Publication

Client identity, system details, private prompts, private outputs, private scores, and reports are not published without written approval.

## Return Or Deletion

Temporary credentials are deleted after execution. Raw private outputs are retained for 30 days after final delivery unless the SOW states otherwise.
